Mesa Lane Partners CEO Neil Dipaola selected as up-and-coming business leader

SANTA BARBARA, CA: Neil Dipaola is featured in the Pacific Coast Business Times' special section '40 Under 40', a showcase of the up-and-coming business leaders under 40 years of age. Dipaola has led by example with recent completion of the LOOP, showing developers how environmentally sensitive projects can be done. Dipaola is involved with nonprofits that help the environment, and hopes to take the "design-forward sustainable project model" of the LOOP to other college communities.
