UCSB Associated Students Looks to the LOOP to Revamp Isla Vista

ISLA VISTA, CA: UCSB's Associated Students The Bottom Line, calls the LOOP "revolutionary" with features such as individual leases, a roof deck with an outdoor gym, and flat screen televisions in every room. The LOOP is expected to increase business at surrounding eateries and bring the community back to downtown Isla Vista.
