Mesa Lane Partners to Team Up With Valeo Companies

SANTA BARBARA, CA: Mesa Lane Partners has entered a strategic partnership with real estate giant Valeo Companies to work on a new student housing project for the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mesa Lane Partners will provide local project management for the development, including coordination with local consultants, subcontractors and the university itself. Valeo Companies provides considerable experience in student housing projects around the country. Both companies are full service real-estate development firms that incorporate environmental sustainability, high quality, and affordable solutions in their housing projects. If chosen for the project, Valeo Companies and Mesa Lane Partners will be constructing and operating an $88 million development to house university staff, faculty and students.
